0000107: Tree editor almost non-funcitonal
The window displaying the tree cannot be modified to display the entire tree when, for instance, there are 0000180:0000100 taxa. The tree will not expand vertically so that all branches are shown. When the tree is exported the resulting drawing looks exactly like that in the tree explorer window. The "compressed" tree, of course, does not show all of the branches
Estimate a tree by any method.
Computer is mid-2011 iMac with i7 4-core processor and 16 GB RAM running OS X 10.11.4 (El Capitan).

The issue is particularly vexing because earlier versions of MEGA, that correctly drew trees, will not run under El Capitan.

This bug is a result of the statistic values being negative. The outputmatrixdlg will put a \'?\' in place of a negative number. I don\'t see why we can\'t output a negative statistic value.
