Summary | 0000107: Tree editor almost non-funcitonal |
Description | The window displaying the tree cannot be modified to display the entire tree when, for instance, there are 0000180:0000100 taxa. The tree will not expand vertically so that all branches are shown. When the tree is exported the resulting drawing looks exactly like that in the tree explorer window. The "compressed" tree, of course, does not show all of the branches |
Steps To Reproduce | Estimate a tree by any method.
|
Additional Information | Computer is mid-2011 iMac with i7 4-core processor and 16 GB RAM running OS X 10.11.4 (El Capitan).
The issue is particularly vexing because earlier versions of MEGA, that correctly drew trees, will not run under El Capitan. |
