Hi Carla,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. The error you reported indicates that you have a 32-bit operating system but MEGA7 is for 64-bit systems only. If you need a 32-bit version of MEGA, you can use MEGA6 which can be downloaded from:
