Summary | 0000118: Amino acid color code
Description | I am writing to ask why some of the same amino acids are represented in different colors. I've specifically noticed that serine shows up as green and yellow. Is there a reason for this and a code to understand why the same amino acid shows up as a variable color? I could not find anything except the standard color code in the manual. Thank you, Nicole
