Summary0001240: Error with Newick Tree files
DescriptionWhen generating neighbour joining files the tree appears to be fine in the .mtsx format but after saving as a newick session the tree becomes incorrectly formatted and impossible to work with. This is a big issue when wanting to work with tempEst with the data. Only occurs in MEGA X, installing MEGA 7 and using this seems to have resolved the issue.

The save as tiff was an issue in the past, I think we have it fixed now. I\'m not sure exactly what he meant that the tree it exported was \"faulty\". Could you ask him for the tree file it generated, and maybe how to replicate the tree? That way we can try and find out where the discrepancy is.
