Summary0001241: Opening FASTA files does not work
DescriptionHello,
using the MAC version of Mega7, I have been trying to open or import FASTA sequences for alignment. The program runs for hours and then tells me that there is an "invalid base in line 7". Of course there is no invalid base in that line.
If I try to directly open nucleotide sequences from NCBI, the error message is "no sequences to retrieve".
Can I send you the FASTA file?
