Summary0001318: MegaX is very slow
Descriptionyou have probably heard this already, but MegaX running on the latest Mac OSX is very, very slow. Actions such as moving the cursor in the alignment window, scrolling and resizing windows are delayed by 5-10 secs. Pretty much unusable in the current state. This occurs with a file that contains about 200 protein sequences of about 500 residues each.
