Summary0001421: decimal points of substitution matrix
DescriptionI want to know more detailed values ​​obtained by "Estimate Substitution Matrix".

For example, output like
C => G : 0.01, A => 0.00
does not tell us useful information, but output like
C => G : 0.01, A => 0.004
may have significant meanings when comparing those substitution rates.

Is there any way to know values after the third decimal points ?
If so, please tell me the solution, but if not, I am looking forward to the improved version.

Hi Shinya,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. When viewing a substitution matrix in MEGA's caption viewer, there is an option to save the results to a spreadsheet file which will give greater precision.
