Converted fasta file to .meg file, activated file as protein and got \"Aligned sequences must be of equal lengths. (in line 10)\". Informed user they need to align the sequences to the same length before using it for an analysis.

Hello Wang Xiaobo,

  After converting your fasta file to a MEGA format file, I attempted to activate it as protein and recieved an error message saying \"Aligned sequences must be of equal lengths. (in line 10)\". This means that all of the sequences must have the same number of protein characters in them. The sequence PIP1_2(At2g45960) has more characters than the previous sequences. Depending on the work you are performing, you might want to align the sequences and cut them to the same length.
