Summary0001478: Can't copy and paste amino acid sequences into alignment explorer
DescriptionWhen I try to make an alignment, I am unable to paste sequences into the alignment explorer. This sometimes happened to me with MEGA7, but if I inserted a blank sequence, using edit, insert blank sequence, then I would be able to paste all my sequences into the alignment explorer and I would just delete the blank sequence before performing the alignment. I have checked that I do have sequences copied as I can paste them into other programs, just not into the MEGA10 alignment explorer. It does not work when I try to use paste from the edit bar, the paste option is grayed out, or if I try to do command v while in the alignment window.
I have just updated my mac to catalina v10.15, this may hove something to do with it, but this is also the reason why i'm trying the beta10 version because MEGA7 no longer worked for me.
