DescriptionHi,

The problem is that the background colour and the colour for "T" are both the same, which is very confusing, I could't find any option to change colours, it is so misleading because there are too many Ns in my matrix which have the same green colour as the base T, so what should I do?

maybe we can add it as a feature in the future but it is low priority

Hi Mohadeseh,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. There is not an option to change background colors for sequence data display in MEGA as the focus for development of MEGA is on phylogenetic analysis. You can submit a feature request if you like.
