0001521: Gtk-WARNING when running MEG-CC in shell script
Hi
I notice that when running megacc via linux task scheculer (in this case SLURM, we use it for scheduling tasks on our LInux server), I always get the same error back:

"(megacc:111950): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: localhost:19.0"

this does not happen when I run it in the Linux terminal separate form the task scheduler, but it does when I place the exact same command in the shell script.

It might be related to the need to access X-Server? Is there anyway to disable this need ?

Hi Owen,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the megacc software. It sounds like you are using an older version of megacc that has a dependency on GTK. This dependency is removed in the current version of megacc (version 10.0.5) so switching to that version should resolve the issue.
