DescriptionI HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO A PHYLOGENY ANALYSIS USING MEGA BUT EACH TIME IT SAYS OUT OF MEMORY. THE TOTAL OF 22 SEQUENCES WERE ALIGNED BUT CARRYING OUT A PHYLOGENY ANALYSIS SO THAT I CAN HAVE A TREE AS BEEN DIFFICULT, IT KEEPS BRINGING OUT A POP UP SAYING OUT OF MEMORY. PLEASE, HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. I am not able to duplicate the issue you describe. Which version of MEGA are you using? Can you send me a screenshot of the Analysis Preferences dialog with the settings you are using?
