DescriptionProgram crashes when attempting to create a new taxa and hitting enter after naming it
Steps To Reproduce(Have not tested on multiple data sets)
In sequence data explorer, Data -> Select/Edit Taxa & Groups -> + (new taxa/group) -> type in name -> enter
