DescriptionI downloaded your latest MEGA X named 10.1.6. But I can't open '.mas' document with it.I don't know why your 'alignment' function output '.mas' document while your 'Model' function need '.meg'
function. I hope you can help me and tell me how to use it.Thank you very much!

Hi Sun,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. If you are having issues with .mas files, simply save your alignments to .meg or .fas files instead. In the Alignment Explorer, just click Data->Export Alignment and select the format you want.
