Summary0001803: Cant run Neighbor joining tree with bootsrappnig
DescriptionWhen trying to run a default NJ Tree test with bootstrap enabled , the program suddenly crash (This is indiffrerent with a.a. or DNA sequences)

In terminal the failure message is: /usr/bin/megax: líne 3: 30291 Segmentation fault (core dumped) /usr/lib/megax/megax

In megacc with command megacc -a infer_NJ_amino_acid.mao -d PhyloAnalysis.meg -o demo

demo_summary.txt says = failed to launch bootstrap threads


Steps To Reproduce
*Open megax
Align > Edit/Build alignment (Retrieve sequence from file) > [Select ALL.fasta]

*Change to ALignment explorer window
[Select all sequences] > Alignment (Align by MUSCLE -default) > Data (Phylogenetic analysis)

*Return to main page
Phylogeny > Construct/ Test Neighbor-Joining Tree .. (Select yes) > In test of phylogeny Change "None" to "Bootstrap method" > Press OK
Additional Information    * Ubuntu version 18.04 .4 LTS (Bionic Beaver)


   *The File [ALL.fasta] are the fasta protein sequences that were used.
