Summary0000185: megacc will not produce distance matrix if two sequence have no overlapp
Descriptionmegacc (mac 10.11) will not produce distance matrix for several sequences if two of them have no aligned bases. An error message mentions that the matrix will have 'n/c' for these two sequences if using pairwise deletion, which I am. This is what happens when calculating the distance matrix through Mega 6.0 (distance matrix is produced with 'n/c' listed for the two non-overlappign sequences, but no matrix is produced when using megacc.

I\'m using IE6. I will also try different browser too. But, I forgot PW for mantis. Could you e-mail it to me? Thanks.

As for the bug reported (it is not real bug though), I will fix within a few day.

Fixed. Also, several small bugs found during the bug-fixing have been fixed. Accordingly, one menu item to \"clear selected subtree option\" has been added.
