DescriptionDear Dr,
I'm currently experiencing issues with the latest release. It suddenly stopped working on my Windows 10 64-bit laptop, I created a couple of files and when I tried to open again one of them the alignment simply doesn't show, but the conversion to protein does. I tried with older files, deinstalling and reinstalling the software again but with no result. It is not the first time it happens, but this time it's not a temporary glitch.
I'd appreciate guidance in this.

 I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Can you send me the data file you are working with as well as screen shots showing how to duplicate the error so that I can debug the issue?
