Description | I am reporting an error message that I recently got using the MEGA-CC program on a Mac 10.11 system with 16GB ram and 1 TB harddisk space. I was running the Models selection option using MEGA-CC for 108 protein sequences (average length 1619 aas). I am attaching the .meg file and the exact message in the Additional Information section. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Commands used: megacc -a model_sel_ml_protein.mao -d Listeria101.meg -o Listeria.txt model_sel_ml_protein_mao is the settings after selecting for Model selection on proetin alignment using default settings | ||||
