DescriptionMega provides a table of dn-ds values and a test to tell us if this subtraction is significantly different from zero. Can you tell me how to output the dn and ds values on their own for a given pair of sequences or for a pair relative to an outgroup/ancestral sequence?

This is the most serious bug ever reported. I really appreciate it. The bootstrap frequencies were missed in counting amino-acid differences for Equal-input, PAM and JTT methods. The bug has been fixed.

Due to the serious nature of this bug I plan on including it in the beta version 4 of MEGA 3 that is to be released today.
