I am the user of your software. I have its version 5.05. I want to know that after making the phylogenetic tree either NJ or ML, how can I italicize the species name in that tree. Please help me out regarding this problem.

Hi Anupam,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To edit the font for a tree made in MEGA, you will need to do it in another program. For instance, copy the image to the clipboard, paste it into a Word document and convert the image into a drawing object. Then you will be able to format the text in the tree.
