Descriptionwhen i try to build a new DNA alignment and insert the sequences which i am looking for, an error appears saying 'no yet implemented'. just wondering why this happens and how i can fix it?

Hi Mia,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. It sounds like you are trying to insert sequences from a MEGA alignment session (.masx) file but that is not yet supported. The work around is to open the .masx file in MEGA and then export the sequences to a FASTA file (click Data->Export Alignment->FASTA Format). Then you should be able to retrieve the sequences from the FASTA file.
