Summary0001980: Incomplete bootstrap value display
DescriptionThe protein sequences of wheat were aligned using muscle method in Mega X, and then the alignment results were construct a phylogenetic tree using the neighbor-joining method with 1, 000 bootstrap replicates.However, the bootstrap value cannot be fully displayed when constructing the NJ tree or ML tree; Besides, after exported the nwk file and use it constructed tree in other softwares(i.e. Evolview, iTOL), it is not consistent with the tree in Mega X!
Steps To ReproduceAlign(muscle) ----> construct ML tree (or NJ tree) ----> the bootstrap value cannot be fully displayed
