Summary0001986: Phylogenetic tree -model selection
DescriptionI want to run phylogenetic tree using maximum likelihood method.I have selected model HKY+G+I as per lowest BIC score . I am selecting HKY model with gamma parameters before running tree , but i am not able to implement the 'I'. It will be very helpful if you kindly suggest that which option should I select for properly implement the model.
