Summary | 0002032: Memory requirements/dataset size
Description | This is sort of a question as well as feedback, but I can't find a place to submit questions on the website. I'm trying to run a ML molecular clock test on 3 different datasets, with varying numbers of samples, all with a genome length of about 5MB. On my larger datasets my jobs get killed even after requesting 100-200GB. I have no idea if this is expected and MEGA is not designed to handle datasets of this size, or whether I have done something wrong.
