0002107: Aesthetic aligment editor option
I have been a user of Mega in its different versions since 2008 and I think it is one of the most valuable open access tools in bioinformatics in the world. The question is, is it possible that the tool presents a subapplication that makes comparative alignments (color, anotation, mapping. etc) for publications more aesthetic?

I don't know if I have missed something and if this option already exists.

Hi Santiago,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, MEGA does not contain a utility for making sequence alignments more aesthetic for publication.
