| Summary | 0002108: ML tree not drawn after 100 bootstrap iterations |
| Description | I am running a ML phylogenetic tree using 171 sequences of 900 amino acids.
After completing the last of 100 bootstrap iterations, there is no tree generated. I repeated the analysis with the same outcome.
This is surprising as just prior to running this tree, I ran a 100 bootstrap ML tree using the same set of sequences that by mistake included a duplicate of one of the sequences - totally 172. That analysis worked with no problems. The tree is fine. |
