Summary0002167: Issue with Muscle Alignment
DescriptionI am trying to align sequences using the Muscle algorithm. However, regardless of whether I use the example data referenced in the manual (protein data), nucleotide sequences inserted from GenBank, or personal nucleotide Fasta files, I receive the same error upon running the alignment:
"Error-Alignment Failed: MUSCLE Log file did not end properly, suggesting an unhandled exception"
I do not understand what this error indicates. What are your suggestions to resolve this issue?
