| Description | The MUSCLE alignment function in MEGA does not work on USDA computers with new security requirements. Travis Adkins (IT guy in our department), thinks that the problem results when, during the MEGA installation process, some MEGA files are copied into a blocked folder (e.g., …Users\Travis.Adkins\AppData\Roaming\MEGA7_7270509-x86_64\Private). Travis thinks that MUSCLE could work if the files were moved to the Programs folder where the rest of MEGA files are installed. We will try this. Do you see any problems with moving the files? | ||||
