Summary0002195: BLAST frozen
DescriptionIm using BLAST feature and its stuck on the searching page. It's frozen there and won't move. I tried quitting the program and restarting it several times and its still freezes when I hit the BLAST stage.

Hi Danielle,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the error you encountered. Actually, BLAST is not part of MEGA but rather MEGA is using a web browser to visit the BLAST web application. You may be able to resolve the issue by going to the NCBI BLAST site using your own web browser.
