| Description | When I click the Download button, I receive an error message in the web browser: "The action you have requested is not allowed." I tried it on our lab computer (Windows 7) on Chrome, IE, and Firefox, and received the same error message each time. I also tried downloading the software to my personal laptop (OS X), and got the same error message. | ||||
