| Description | On Windows 10, MEGA 7 has some serious stability bugs. Have you checked for memory leaks? 1) If you do not entirely exit the program and try to re-run a ML phylogeny, it tends to run out of memory and crash. This occurs regardless of the number of taxa. 2) If you have over 50-60 taxa the phylogeny will crash if you attempt to resize the window. You must save the tree right away or else its all gone. | ||||
