DescriptionAfter generating phylogenetics tree and saving in a png format, if i change the parameters and run another tree generation (neighbour-joining on this case), saving as png format again this new tree will result in a blank image.

I don\'t see that this was fixed in the file you sent me. You still cannot insert a gap or an ambiguity code. Am I missing something?

I have added functionarity to insert or overwrite any possible characters for ambiguity, which are \'U\',\'R\', \'Y\', \'M\', \'K\', \'W\', \'S\', \'B\', \'D\', \'H\', and \'V\' including their lower case. Trace data do not require inserting gap at all, since they are always for a single sequence.
