DescriptionThe Distance_Data.meg file shows appears to be using similarity rather than distance. It shows a score of 0.514 between Rodent and Primate but 0.500 from Rodent to Perissodactyla. Is similarity an option? If not, then the distance should be the inverse of these because Rodents are less distant from Primates than Perissodactylae.
