0000023: Detected as malware
My Kaspersky Internet Security deletes once the Mega 7 64 bit version is downloaded or trying to install after downloading. But Mega 6 was allowed in the mean time. Please help me to fix the problem. Mine is a DELL Inspiron laptop with intel COREi5 processor, 4 GB RAM, and Windows 8.1 Pro OS

Thank you

Suganthan

Hi Suganthan,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The Kaspersky Internet Security is reporting a false positive. You should be able add MEGA as a trusted application or temporarily disable Kaspersky in order to install MEGA.
