| Summary | 0002317: Exporting partial deletion does not work |
| Description | Dear MEGA team,
I discovered a bug in the recent MEGAX version for mac. When loading an alignment (data > open > analyze > nucleotide sequence > protein coding no) and selecting coverage (highlight > coverage > 95%), MEGA should be able to export the highlighted positions only with "include sites with missing/ambiguous data and gaps" and "only highlighted sites". However, the exported file contains all positions, not only the highlighted ones. It works though in the windows version. |
