Summary | 0002371: No common sites
Description | Currently Im trying to create a phylogenetic tree from recent algal paper just to see if I can repeat the results to understand the program. Im coming up with "no common sites" when trying to run the analysis. This seems somewhat odd though because when I use another phylogenetic tree software, its able to handle all the data. I would still like to include all the sequences I'm using since I'm trying to recreate the study specifically using this software. Do you have any recommendations?
