Reply sent. The file has no conserved sites therefore distance is incalculable as MEGA indicates.

Hi Sunil,

I am writing in response to your question regarding MEGA for 32 bit systems. MEGA7 is for 64-bit systems only but you can download MEGA6 from http://www.megasoftware.net/older_versions [^] and use it for 32 bit Windows.
