DescriptionI am working with MEGA.v7 for the first time on a Mac machine and following the instructions for using MEGA from an article about building phylogenetic trees in the September 2016 issue of The American Biology Teacher.

I am unable to insert GenBank sequences from files I created and saved on my desktop.

Can you help me through this problem or suggest someone I can contact who might be able to help?
