Hi Harbender,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. The radial view in the Tree Explorer is only enabled when branch lengths are available. If you have a tree generated in MEGA using the Maximum Parsimony approach, you will have to click View->Topology Only to compute the branch lengths as they are not computed by default for Parsimony trees. If you are displaying a topology without branch lengths, the radial view will not be enabled.
