Summary0002634: Not working correctly after update
DescriptionHi. My MEGA updated itself in January and now several things are not working and I don't know who or where to contact someone since there is no contact or help page. I can not upload a Fasta file now to do alignments it says access violation and it is the same format as all the other times I used it before the update. It also says access violation with the compress feature for the phylogenetic tree and I can't do it. I really need this to finish my thesis. Please let me know who to contact.

I am writing in response to your bug report regarding the MEGA software. Which version of MEGA are you using? What operating system are you running MEGA on? Can you send me a screenshot of the errors you are getting?
