Summary0000268: ML trees RAM issue
DescriptionWhen I run my ML the software uses all the RAM. I am using a computer with 65 of RAM and a tiny tree used all of it and crashed. I went back to Mega6 and had no issue.

They can be different. It is even amazing if they are the same. When branches with bootstrap value lower than 50% are involved, there may not be an unique consensus tree.
