0002691: Mutation matrix
Hi, I am doing research on measures of diversity at Simon Fraser University. As I was searching for mutation matrices to test my method, I came across your website. I'm doing math and I don't have insight into sequencing. I was wondering if there are any big datasets of SNPs or mutation matrices (a matrix of zeros and ones) with it's phylogenetic tree provided that I can use in your software, or is it possible to generate these kinds of matrices in your tool?

Hi Niloufar,
I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, MEGA does not have the capability to generate mutation matrices. As far as existing data sets, you might want to look at software that is designed to work with such data.
