Summary	0000271: Trouble Downloading the program
Description	In attempting to download MEGA 6 I downloaded the set up file but when I attempted to run it an error message came up saying, "You must be logged in as an administrator when installing this program."
Steps To Reproduce	Windows, GUI, Older Version > Dowload > Country: United States; Version: 6.0 GUI for Windows; I am a: Student; Institution: University/college > Download > run file > error
