DescriptionGood day! For alligning DNA MEGA is the best software that I found. For alligning DNA when Targated sequence are similar to Reference sequence then an asterisk (*) sign shown upon the bar but when not then Blank and here is the problem. Could you please put a bright color (different color from ATGC) in the software instead of the blank. It will be easy and quick for the work. We hope next version you will keep an eye on. Thanks.
