Summary | 0002782: Diploid organism
Description | i am working with C. parapsilosis, diploid organism, Diploids can be either homozygous or heterozygous. because of that, the sequences may have IUPAC codes rather than the A, C, T and G bases. and since the MEGA software could not handle such codes (W, R, S, K). i read few articles used MEGA to calculate dN/dS ration even though they are diploid, " Multilocus Sequence Typing for Differentiation of Strains of Candida tropicalis ". how i can solve this trick?
