Hi Zainab,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. To have MEGA produce bootstrap values, you must first select the bootstrap test of phylogeny in the Analysis Preferences dialog. Then to display them in the Tree Explorer, you can click View->Show/Hide/Stats->Stats/Frequency.
