Hi Alexander,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. We are not able to reproduce the error that you encountered when installing MEGAX. It may be the case that MEGA was installed but some supporting files were not able to be copied. Can you check your Applications folder for MEGA? If MEGA is there, can you try and run it?
