Hello James,

I am responding to the bug report you submitted regarding the failed install of MEGA on your RedHat machine. Would it be possible for you to run the MEGA5_Setup_rpm_v2.sh install script again and redirect the output to a text file ( ./MEGA5_Setup_rpm_v2.sh > installationOutput.txt) and email it to me. This might give us some insight into the problem. Also, if there was a random problem with downloading the archive, trying again might resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Glen Stecher

Hello Jim,
Thanks for sending me that output. You are correct, somehow our rpm got corrupted. It is fixed now so you should be able to run the install script. Please let me know if the install goes ok.

Best regards,

Glen Stecher

Hi Sumanta,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. The features you describe do not exist in MEGA. You might try using FigTree which can be used for making publication-ready and formatted trees.
