Summary0003010: RTDT Tip date calibration file
DescriptionHi,

I am trying to run a RTDT analysis in MEGA X and since it is the first time, I am not sure how I should present the file for tip date calibration. I tried to download de example file at: https://www.megasoftware.net/examples/reltime_with_dated_tips_RTDT_sample_times.txt [^] , but the page is not working and I get a "404 Page Not Found" message. This is happening for all RTDT example files. Can you please help me?

Hi Cintia,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Thanks for the heads up about the missing example files on the website. You can find the example files locally on your computer by clicking ‘Examples’ on the main MEGA form near the bottom of the window. In the directory that is opened, you will find a file named reltime_with_dated_tips_RTDT_sample_times.txt to use as an example.
