Summary0003150: Divide by zero error
DescriptionI cannot do anything anymore because attempting each function results in a divide by zero error, whether it be clicking edit/build alignment, constructing a phylogeny, diagnosing a mutation, etc. I have attempted to update my computer's software and restart it multiple times as well as re-downloading and installing the MEGA program itself. I need the program for a lab assignment and now I am unable to do anything.

Hi Emily,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. It looks like the error you encounter occurs when trying to open an alignment session file. If this is the case, could you zip the session file and send it to me so I can debug the problem? If you were doing something else when the error occurs, could you describe in detail the steps needed to reproduce the error? Thanks!
